My dad passed me this web address to check out today...he says that Lint is one of his favourite authors of the 20th century...not a bad recommendation at all...

Gino D’Achille
I was sent an email today about this amazing artist and was directed to look at this site for examples of his work:
http://www.artistpartners.com/portfolios/gino_d_achille/index.html
I was completely blown away by it...it's obviously amazing book jacket material but can you imagine a whole story in this style? comic or illustrated prose i could see this flying out of any shop. The email said that Gino was contactable through this website:
www.artistpartners.com
so if anyone needs absolutely stunning illustrations get in touch with him there!
Here's a brilliant picture he did:
imagine if LOEG had covers by this guy?

Albion #3 Scripted.
Another deadline met today as we completed work on Albion #3.
All that remains now is to find out if Alan has any problems with the script...oh, and then all the usual copywrite re-writing...okay, it's not finished is it?

money money money...must be funny...
Guess who finally got paid for Albion #2? We did! now we can pay bills and buy food and run about covered in a layer of cash for warmth! joy and rapture. With this new found wealth we will be researching Sayers pasties and buying comics (swamp thing = scary!). Also possibly booking the hotel for Bristol...hope to see a few of you there! Until another event occurs...adios

Pages...Lots of pages!
We have done half of Albion #3, so that's eleven pages written and typed, we got five or six pages through from Shane and they are just stunning! Dad says they are in his opinion the best yet of Shane Oakley artistry...and that's saying something. The characters...the interiors...the exteriors its all delectable and delightful.
We also got sneaky peek at WG#5 which is even more thrilling and action packed than #4, its amazingly well drawn...wait til you see the JH Williams bit! It's is frame-worthy! (we saw that bit coloured....*drools*)
Also we saw the article which is going into The End Is Nigh that John wrote and I illustrated and the mock up looks ace...It's like a real magazine article and everything *beams proudly*.
so all in all many pages to assimilate...
